Priyaas (Priyaa's Garments) is a women's ethnic wear boutique from Madurai, Tamil Nadu. We sell kurta sets, Chettinad cotton kurta sets, Kalamkari kurta sets, Mangalagiri 3-piece sets with shawls, co-ord sets, maxi dresses and women's pants, all shipped across India from priyaas.in.

Does Priyaas deliver all over India?

Yes. Orders are dispatched within 24–48 working hours of confirmation and usually reach you in 3–7 working days depending on your pin code. A tracking link is shared over WhatsApp and email as soon as the parcel is picked up.

Is cash on delivery available?

Yes, most products on priyaas.in are eligible for cash on delivery. Some items ask for a small advance that is adjusted against the order total; the product page tells you when that applies.

What is the return and exchange policy?

Damaged, tampered or short parcels and wrong size or wrong colour deliveries are eligible for a full refund including shipping when raised within 7 days of delivery with an unboxing video. Correctly delivered items can be exchanged once for a different size or colour within 7 days. Refunds are initiated within 3 working days of approval.

Why do I need an unboxing video?

A continuous unboxing video that shows the shipping label first is what lets us approve a damage, tampering or wrong-item claim immediately and refund you in full. Without the video we cannot verify the claim with the courier.
